Shipping: We Ship most of our item via USPS Priority mail. This is the most economical delivery available. 

It is the consignee's (customer's) obligation to count and inspect the condition of the package before signing the delivery receipt. Short shipments or damaged packages must be noted on the delivery receipt. Please inspect contents of all packages. You must save original packages for inspection. Any claims for short shipments, noted damage or concealed damage must be reported within 3 days to Customer Service at 1-202-670-6441. Failure to comply will make the customer liable for any additional charges in replacing or returning item(s).


Please know that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. If you do cancel an order you must call our customer service center at 1-202-670-6441 before it is shipped. We will email you a cancellation notice if the product has not been shipped. Only then will the cancellation be in effect.


A Return Authorization must be issued before returning any merchandise. Please call Customer Service at 1-202-670-6441 for an authorization number, or email us at customerservice @ . A 15% restocking Fee charge and you are responsible to ship the product back also shipping fee are not refundable. 

Product must be in original package, unassembled and unused. Returns cannot be made after a product has been installed or used. Custom orders are non-returnable. Returns cannot be made after 15 days. is not responsible for errors on this web site. Prices and specifications are subject to change.
